Community Practitioner Program Capital Campaign Donors

The North Carolina Medical Society Foundation Board of Trustees and staff gratefully acknowledge the following donors to the Capital Campaign for the Community Practitioner Program (CPP).  Launched in 2006, the campaign has raised more than $16.2 million toward a goal of $20 million to be raised over five years.  These funds will help secure the future of the CPP.
