Season's Greetings!
Celebrate the holidays by helping those in greatest need of healthcare–make a gift to the NCMS Foundation through the “Seasons Greetings” program!
No doubt you are looking for meaningful ways to celebrate the holiday season and remember those special people in your life.The North Carolina Medical Society Foundation invites you to participate in its annual Season’s Greetings program. The Season's Greetings program is an uplifting way for you to honor friends, colleagues, or other important people in your life while supporting our work to make health care more accessible to uninsured and underserved people across North Carolina.
With your tax-deductible contribution, the Foundation will send each person on your holiday list a personalized greeting card informing them of your gift in their name. The requested donation is $35 per card or $100 for three.
If you have not yet selected your holiday gifts, or you are still considering end-of-the-year charitable contributions, it is not too late for us to help you with both tax and stress relief. It is so simple–download an order form, make as many copies as you need, and return to the Foundation by mail, or fax to 919-833-2023, by December 18th.
